How It Works
Buy from packs or vending machines, reveal your assigned item, and collect store credit automatically — or request shipping if you want the physical card.

Choose a pack or vending machine
Browse available products, review what may be inside, and choose the experience you want to buy from.

Add funds to your wallet
Purchases are made with your wallet balance. Add funds securely through Stripe, then use your balance to buy pulls.

Pick and reveal
After purchase, you will move to the reveal experience. For packs, choose one to open. For vending machines, choose your machine and reveal the assigned item.

Your item goes to My Collection
Pulled cards, slabs, sealed packs, and sealed boxes are saved to your collection so you can review everything you have won.

Items are automatically traded in after 7 days
By default, won items are automatically traded in for store credit after 7 days. The credit is added to your wallet and can be used toward your next purchase — no shipping required.

Want it shipped? Just request it
If you would rather receive the physical item, request shipping from your collection within 7 days of winning. You will pay for shipping and the item will be sent to your address.

What is automatic trade-in?+
When you win an item, it is automatically traded in for store credit after 7 days. The credit is added to your wallet and can be used immediately toward your next purchase.
Can I opt out of the trade-in and get my item shipped?+
Yes. Within 7 days of winning, open My Collection and request shipping for that item. You will pay a shipping fee and the physical item will be sent to your address.
How long do I have to request shipping?+
You have 7 days from the time you won the item. A timer on the item in My Collection shows exactly how much time remains before the automatic trade-in occurs.
What happens if I miss the 7-day window?+
If 7 days pass without a shipping request, the item is automatically traded in and the equivalent store credit is added to your wallet.
Do I need a shipping address to buy?+
A shipping address is only required if you decide to request shipping for a won item. You can buy and reveal without one if you plan to trade everything in.
