Refund Policy

All sales are final once a pull has been assigned. Mystery pack and vending machine purchases are randomized experiences, so assigned items cannot be returned or exchanged because of pull results.

If your physical item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, contact store support with your order details and photos within 7 days of delivery.
