Shipping Policy

24-hour shipping window

Your first purchase starts a 24-hour shipping window. Additional purchases made before that window closes are grouped into the same shipment. The timer does not reset when you buy again.

Shipping methods

Lowest-cost option

Stamped envelope

Used for eligible small raw-card shipments when a simple envelope is the best fit.

•No package tracking in most cases
•Best for lightweight card-only shipments
•Selected when the order qualifies for envelope shipping

Carrier label with tracking

Tracked package

Used when the shipment needs a package label, tracking, or extra protection during transit.

•Used for larger, sealed, slabbed, or higher-protection shipments
•Used when envelope shipping is not the right fit
•Tracking is added once the shipment is fulfilled

Address and shipment preparation

A saved shipping address is required before buying. You can update your address while your shipping window is open. Once the window closes, the shipment moves into preparation and the address is locked for that shipment.

Shipment status

You can see your open shipping timer and shipment status from My Collection. Once the window closes, your items move into Preparing shipment while the vendor packages your order. If a tracked package label is created, tracking details will appear after fulfillment.
